Cherry blossoms in Korea

known as "sansuyu" in Korean.
The blossoms usually bloom from late March to mid-April,
and during this time,
various cherry blossom festivals
are held throughout Korea, attracting many visitors.
One of the most famous cherry blossom viewing spots in Korea
is Gyeongbokgung Palace.
As one of Korea's grand palaces,
Gyeongbokgung is especially beautiful during April
when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, drawing in numerous tourists.
Additionally, in Seoul,
there is a famous walking path called "Cherry Blossom Road"
that stretches along the Han River.
Along this path, cherry blossom trees are planted on both sides,
creating a beautiful pink canopy overhead.
Many people enjoy walking, jogging, and picnicking
under the cherry blossoms on this path during springtime in Korea.
